Developed by Boyle Investment Company on land that once belonged to the Ridgeway Country Club, our small association is one of the best kept secrets in East Memphis. The forty-one individual townhouses are divided into four different floor plans from one to four bedrooms, accommodating the needs of small and large families.
The plans are the product of a group of architects under the leadership of Francis Mah (1929-1998) well known for bringing the modern movement to Memphis with buildings like First Tennessee Bank (downtown location), Brister Library at the University of Memphis, Hyatt Regency Hotel (now Hilton Hotel), beautiful private residences and our Condominiums.
Mah focused on functional simplicity. He combined sleek exteriors with massive expanses of glass walls and wide open interior spaces. All our townhouses have unique large floor plans and take full advantage of the natural park surrounding our private patios.
